Nicholas C. Tibollo
Nicholas C. Tibollo was called to the Ontario bar in 1991, after receiving his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor Law School in 1989.
Since his call to the Ontario bar, he has practiced exclusively as a commercial, construction and civil litigation lawyer representing both public and private corporations in Canada, the U.S.A., and Europe. He has extensive trial and courtroom experience and has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, the Court of Appeal of Ontario, the Federal Court of Canada and various administrative tribunals in Ontario. Frances Tibollo was called to the Ontario bar in 2016, after receiving her Juris Doctor in Common Law from the University of Ottawa Law School in 2015. Frances has also completed a Negotiation Certificate from Harvard Law School. Prior to attending law school, Frances obtained a Bachelor of Arts from St. Francis Xavier University, and a Masters of Arts in International Affairs from the Norman Patterson School of International Affairs at Carleton University.
Since her call to the Ontario bar, Frances’ area of practice has been concentrated on commercial, construction and civil litigation. Frances has interned and was a junior consultant with the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia- United Nations Special Assistance to the Khmer Rouge Trials, Office of the Co-Prosecutor.
